Worst place to work.None of the HR policy is complied with government.CEO is an animal always shout his throat out on employees and mentally harassed everyone. General human policies are not followed how can anyone expect them to follow HR policy. These ratings are fake they force people in their organisation to rate them. So many people have ran away because of mental harrasment and depression they faced. They never give salary on time salary can on 15 of every month and from 20 th to 20th you always get a taunt that you guys are being paid by me like we are working under a dictatorship.They hire freshers because freshers don't know about HR policies and then they can exploit them. The CEO and his wife who is HR head and don't know a single word about HR working they both treat people very brutally. They don't give leaves even to the people who are ill. Worst company I have worked with. And worst kind of people I have ever known. Very pathetic.
