Fine Company to work for.

location is not so good. too cold.

It just feels like joining a big tech company at first that's it.

Was told it would be sometimes (rarely) 6 day working only when we would be focusing on such regions. Never mentioned anything regarding to the Sandwich leave policy they have in place. 6 months long probation were you are not allowed to take more than 3 paid leaves. Only reveals the leave structure after the probation. Let's say we try adjusting to the 6 day week but will the compensation be adjusted the same way? Too high expectations in Sales with lack of proper sales plan to be followed (Vibes you get are call center vibes). I thought based on the strong social medias this might be an IT Service and Solutions provider company but it is mostly a vendor company or HR consultancy company that gets the resources from other vendors for the client projects
