      Nice people and office locatiuon

      Cons

      A lot of gossiping during working hours, needless talks, and a lack of courses in English if you want to learn and develop/ evolve professionally. Wishlist thinking about great corporate culture, where it's pretty mediocre indeed.

      - Mostly very friendly people - Ability to work remotely

      - No development opportunities - Pay raises based only on seniority only - The company serves only one customer - Lack of culture and respect from one member of the management team - High staff turnover in some departments - Salary below average - The benefits shown on the website are not in line with what you actually get - Outdated and poorly equipped office
