Pros

Great place for freshers and early-age professionals to start their career, as you get exposure to many new things and continuous learning opportunities. Employees at lower levels often get hands-on experience, which helps in building practical skills quickly. The work environment allows you to understand multiple areas of business instead of being limited to one role. Since responsibilities are shared across levels, employees can learn management-related tasks early in their career. Good opportunity for people who want to gain experience and improve their adaptability in a fast-moving work culture.

Cons

Managers often only hold the title of “manager,” but their contribution and effort do not always match the responsibilities expected from the role. Flexibility in working hours depends heavily on following the manager’s instructions, even in situations where the manager may not fully understand the work. Employee engagement activities are very limited, and HR usually supports company decisions more than employee concerns. Complaints raised by employees are often unresolved. Employees who raise concerns or complaints may sometimes be viewed negatively by upper management, which can impact their growth and salary increments later. Salary growth and monetary benefits are not very competitive, and the company also lacks strong employee benefits such as insurance coverage.
