I can write a book of cons 😊 some of cons are: 1.)Employee policy is totally depends on his/her manager. 2.) All managers are horrible to the staff. 3) Every manager has it’s own policy. 4) Saturday compulsory work although you have a holiday 5) No medical policy 6) No gratuity provided to you if you stay in company more than five years. Or anything only contract payment. 7) If you receive an appraisal you have to sign a bond of another year, if you leave in between you have to refund the entire appraised money. 8) There is no process follow. 9) There is no any project management process. Every project has it’s own process. 10) Some of TL’s working on like govt job. Yes , yes, yes 11) Provide only 10 leave in a year. 12) You have to work even 15-Aug and 26-Jan. 13) Company model is INVOICE MODEL. 14) TL arrange party using employee money,. Every employee have to pay 100/- per month for party and birthday celebration.
