      Flexible scheduling, management is willing to go to bat for you

      Cons

      Pay sucks and the company likes to tout great sales, but outside of profit share (which is 2% of your yearly gross pay directly into your 401k), the largest "bonus" given is a $50 kroger gift card at Christmas
