Many people don't get full and final settlement after leaving the company. Salaries are often late. In my experience, Management is biased towards set of people during appraisals and policy development. Top management has no formal education/ training in people/business/project management which may result in inconsistent policies, difficult to meet deadlines and other chaos. Working on weekends or workinf late at night is normal for which you won't be paid any overtime. While entering the company premises you have to remove your shoes which I always found unsettling. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company.
