Pros

Supportive work environment and good office facilities, including free meals and prayer spaces. Timely salary payments. Opportunities to learn and grow, especially on hands-on projects with experienced colleagues. Flexible leave policies and some work-life balance reported by some. Generally positive overall employee rating (~3.4/5).

Cons

Inconsistent salary structure and lack of clear pay scale leading to pay disparity. Management and culture concerns, including politics and unclear processes. Limited benefits (e.g., no provident fund, transport, or leave encashment). Mixed experiences on work-life balance and leadership quality. Some reports of toxic teams or stress in certain departments.
