Pros
Very little positive about Technoworld besides the slightly higher salary and my knowledge has increased, however that is self taught and on my own back.
Cons
The management have a massive mis-understanding and frankly lack of knowledge or care regarding along with unrealistic expectations from literally day one. The pressure is insanely high. They don't have a clue in any shape or form how to manage a team, go from one extreme with very little support and when they are involved are so overbearing it is micro managing as it's finest. In addition there is a lack of empathy, sympathy and respect to employees, they will tell you what you want to hear, lie to you and even gaslight you by saying they never said what was actually told to you. You will be told lies to get you there and how they can do this and that but in truth they simply can't. There is very little work life balance, on several occasions I put a lot of extra time in especially travelling to the london office and when i asked for any time for the odd occasion i was always asked when I was going to make it up. I had calls at 8p night and after work time, usual tactic was to call literally before the end of the day - you are not a priority to them, you are an after thought. There is zero training, though no processes exist at all and you'll just coast your way through, when you do something wrong they will literally shout at you instead of supporting and showing where you went wrong and admitting they need better internal processes. Some staff are extremely rude and on a power trip, they will talk down to you. There is a strong blame game as well, so be prepared to defend yourself on a regular basis even if you haven't caused the error the excuse is you should check someone else's work who is in another department! There is also zero care towards customers. For anyone thinking of working here in the future, I strongly advise you don't. don't be fooled by the high salary and the niceness at first, because that mask will soon come off and you will soon become an anxious mess working in a toxic working environment.
