Pros
TBR has a nice location in NH (not their office though), and provides a good foundation to get into the market research/research field. Work/life balance is very good.
Cons
During my time at TBR, I saw many opportunities for the company to grow but the management made poor decisions and the rest of the company had to pay for it. Compensation is low compared to the industry. Uneasy working for a company you know could continue to fail.
