      Management is very good with micromanagement. Has the capability to induce anxiety.

      Cons

      Over MICROMANAGEMENT 1. Terrible Management 2. No one has any idea about what is going on 3. CEO is rude and shouts at people in office 4. All positions are filled with relatives who are... just ew.. they don't understand what is going on 5. They make you do the work and then will grill you about each second.

      It is a good start as a fresher, will be able to learn a lot being a part of the organization which will help to grow our skills and knowledge.

      After some initial days of learning there is not much to gain in terms of skills and knowledge.
