Pros

Leaving the company was a hilight. There are a lot of beautiful employees who work there.

Cons

Let’s address some concerning aspects of the workplace culture from someone who sees the ins and outs of this organisation... Despite the outward appearance of positivity and pride, there's an unsettling lack of authenticity. The organisation boasts about its exceptionalism but falls short when it comes to compensating employees fairly. There seems to be a reluctance to pay above 'the market band' undermining the commitment and skill their employees have which go far beyond what the market expects at each level. And no the pizza parties don't quite cut it as a fair trade. Moreover, the promise of work-life balance remains elusive. Loyal employees find themselves exploited, with their dedication often taken for granted. A troubling pattern emerges during bonus season, where executives prioritise their own gains over the stability of the company (note that this is often the time restructuring tends to occur). This shortsightedness seems to go unnoticed by the board, highlighting a disconnect between leadership and the company's best interests.
While integrity and independent thinking are expressed by the company to be encouraged, dissenting voices are often pushed aside, or silenced (let go/or or paid out to leave quietly). The executive team's professed concern for employees rings hollow when their actions prioritise appeasing higher-ups over fostering a supportive work environment.
Bulling and psychological safety is laughed at as a concern but by far the biggest issue within the company. This culture is created by the Executives themselves. It's imperative that the board of directors closely scrutinises the leadership's priorities. The high turnover of executives reflects a culture that values optics over substance, hindering the company's progress. The expansion strategy, characterised by short-term gains and questionable tactics, undermines the company's long-term sustainability. Prioritising customer retention through "digging our claws into customers systems so its too hard to get us out once we are in" erodes all trust and integrity. If you're considering a role as an Executive Assistant, it's worth noting that the current team is being phased out to make way for a fresh start. This change comes in response to unsettling Executive behaviour observed by the previous assistant team. Exercise caution when interacting with long-standing senior members of the company, as many were involved with or turned a blind eye to this behaviour. Thanks Team

Pros

Good building , good facilities , good perks, good location, good people, good vision , good company - just a good place to be.

Cons

Preconfigured solutions still need more work making it hard for consultants and R&D. Driven to succeed at all costs - a positive as you work for a very successful company with job security and career prospects something I did not have with the previous company I worked for that struggled to survive ; but a negative because failure is never an option and you need to with the hours.
