Pros
I wish I could respond to the recent 1 and 2 star reviews in 2024 below. Technomics terminated a handful of employees this year because of poor performance. These employees scrolled on their phones all day, skirted the once flexible telework policy, and came in from 10-4. Glassdoor allows disgruntle employees who were not a good match wage revenge through poor reviews. The Cons listed are dramatic and show a complete lack of understanding of the business and Technomics culture. Technomics is not perfect, no company is, but they are very honest when things are not working and are quick to acknowledge and change. During the interview process (all which go through the CEO), candidates are TOLD about the expectations and that we are looking for ambitious people who want to work hard (avg 9 hour day WOW how horrible). Technomics was not a good fit for these people. Technomics remains a place where titles mean nothing, if you are good you will succeed quickly. I felt the need to respond here because I know I used Glassdoor in college to read about companies I haven't heard of, I hate to see the dishonest reviews recently.
Cons
There was once a flexible remote work policy that was abused and is no longer. Employees can WFH one day a week and it must be Friday. In office work is important to leadership here, not a con, but employees abusing the policy lead to diminished flexibility. Some managers need to improve. BUT as stated, this is acknowledged by the CEO and managers themselves in public company forums. Technomics is working hard to better train managers and ensure employees have success. Best part about it is, you don't need a allstar manager to succeed here, you can succeed by being proactive and a self starter. Lastly, salaries are competitive. Maybe in some cases, employees could MAYBE make $10K more if they flip companies. However, the stocks and bonuses at Technomics more than make up for it. I am excited to see my stock assets grow by a $30K+ this year.
