Good technical offerings Subsidiary of Technocraft which has a good brand name Some People at the extreme top e.g the CEO and VP seem to be decent and sensible people.
Cons
Idiots and Narcissists at middle management positions. Company is desperate and will hire any trash from call centers and make them employees and managers No proper training. Takes months to get basic things like a salary account and company ID. Horrible culture and no structured policies. Hire and fire policy is prevalent. Very high attrition rate. No clear growth path available. If you have a good job don't take a risk by joining this crap organization, just for a few more bucks. Qualified and talented people should avoid this company like the plague, unless they want to work under and along with people with low qualifications and poor employment backgrounds e.g call center employees. There seems to be no interest on the part of the management to grow. Very poor Infrastructure as of 2017 the company is almost 17 years old and still they don't have a basic LMS. The HQ looks more like a downtrodden Government office than a private company's HQ.
