      Pros

      Techo is very organised and has a great structure in terms of working in each departmennt, everyone is super responsifs and helpful at the beginning. You never feel like you have to figure it out on your own. I always had the assistance I needed to fully understand it all.

      Cons

      If you are not fast paced when you work it is not the best fit. Since this is very fast paced and requires actions.

      Pros

      Work life Balance, no stress, Decent pay, Support from Management. ETC

      Cons

      Sometimes with only 2 people, it can be challenging. Especially if someone misses a lot of days or their work ethic is not good.

      Pros

      They will give you a good salary, until you find out you will work 12 - 13 hour days.

      Cons

      So many…always micromanaged, the decisions really aren’t made by you as a manager. They have such a tough time hiring at this point that they have changed manager to a supervisor. Not a long term solution, very high turnover with managers and hourly employees. Do your research before accepting a job.
