      The majority of the positions are Remote work, employees have Autonomy, the company has a relatable mission and it is a Horizontal Organization

      Cons

      there have been a lot of changes in the structure of the company depending on your location your employee benefits are different remuneration is in the low scale

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
