The will not be any seniors to guide much. Most of the time google is the only source to learn. They wont try to get new projects. Salary will not be given on time. Sometimes even for months. Bond of 3 lakhs will be present if one joins as freshers. Even if they dont give salary they doesnt allow to leave.
