Pros
Flexibility for work life/balance is good. I waned a student but I worked with a few and they seemed to like this. “Pride in work and life.” Basic professional office experience. I think a lot of young BIPOC could really use a solid job that can give them software skills, customer service experience, and familiarity with office culture. But after my time there, I soon learned this company was not a healthy environment to be in.
Cons
There is little room for career growth here. The company is small after all. The racial tension is present as soon as you walk in the door. There are lots of unnecessary comments made in regards to race that I found highly inappropriate.
