Great friendly company - Sales Tecsys Employee Review

Hi there and thanks for sharing your feedback. It’s nice to read that you love the company culture. Being in Sales and out of Boston, you are invariably one of our remote employees, who when not on the road is working from home. To that point, it’s great that you’re able to pick-up and experience our great company culture in full, at a distance. Tells us we’re doing something right! To your point about red tape, we question, does it ever completely go away? There are necessary checks and balances that need to be respected. The why’s and why nots aren’t always evident and therefore best explained by your immediate colleagues and/or manager. We would recommend reviewing these rules and formalities with them, who knows, maybe you’ll end-up streamlining a process that everyone will be thankful for!
