Pros

emp salaries are on time without delay.

Cons

Senior management are all Businessmen not leaders. -> Promotions are given to employees even though they are not fit for that role. They make techlead for 4-5 yrs exp and senior developers for 1-2 yrs. -> There are many Tech leads/Senior tech leads who don't lead and no junior emp under them. -> HR are workskippers. They commit for a date but deliver after months after committed date or skip it totally. -> Worst working place. Full noisy and clumsy env. There is no gap between the seats as well. -> They are like use and throw type. They hold emp legs when they need and kick the emp out when not needed. -> Everything the management cares about is billing No emp is valued at all. -> Most of the talented emp has left the org because of poor management. -> Emp benefits are very very less. Other than salary you wont get any other benefits, you wont be part of any extra curricular activities -> Instead of posting useless updates like birthday's or work anniversary company can post how company is performing and post new updates etc. -> General emp has no exposure on what is happening in the company. -> Hikes are also very less even though if you perform well. For freshers its very very less its just 1/3 of the industry standards. -> Work pressures and deadlines are like hell.

We would be glad to share our books of accounts to confirm that salaries are always paid either on the last Business Day or the Calendar Day of the month but never ever delayed since incorporation of the company. We strictly follow modern work culture with WFH & Hybrid Work model only, but in exceptional cases based on the project deliverables the team might be requested for WFO by following Covid Protocols. Our Leadership & Management Team have professional experience & expertise of over 150+ man years & their approach of Project Delivery would definitely be tiresome to those who haven't followed ISO & CMM standards during their previous assignments. Our HR Team shall definitely honor all they commitments made in offer letter but shall not take any responsibility for assumptions. So if the location allowances & bonuses are mentioned in offer letter we shall definitely provide them along with 3 month salary post the probation period. We have a leave policy with a combination of Paid Leaves & Casual Leaves accounting to 24 per annum apart from 15 Public Holidays. Wish you the best.
