Pros
The lower staff are all there trying to be friendly earn money and go home, just trying to make it through day like everyone else
Cons
You are never appreciated unless your name appears in a computer you did nothing. The office staff don't understand parts at all just numbers and believe there better than everyone and manager runs around doing nothing but likes to speak down to you all the time like a child. Other people are all friendly till they get to friendly to female staff making them feel uncomfortable or if they like it they use it to get higher. If you don't agree with anything your always wrong but then they use your ideas but put there name to them.
Management would rather tell someone doing there job off than adress issues with staff heath and safety violations,because it's who you know. Gossiping about staff that have left due to being treated or payed incorrectly, then blaming others for telling them.
