Pros
Not too many pros with this company. It's a basic poorly run startup with the typical fashion industry problems.
Cons
This company really favors people who look like themselves. Those who were hired to do a skilled technical role, and may not have entirely dressed the part, were consistently doubted. It kind of felt like a "boys club". The owners obsess over your professional background, and make you feel very unsure of yourself even with years of experience. Truth be told, a lot of employees have much more experience than the owners, yet are treated like entry level interns. Communication was a mess, often getting messages well past midnight. Employees can be standoffish, and reluctant to share information when it comes to onboarding new team members, effectively leaving new people in the dark. If you are hired as a temp-to-hire position, be prepared to wait around without ever getting a clear answer on when your role becomes permanent or ends. They drag this process out as long as possible. They hire fit models based on their "vibe" and not on their actual measurements which is why their clothes are not consistent with industry standards. Lastly, they hire and fire non-stop. One minute you are the new favorite and the next they are letting you go without any explanation or discussion.
