      Pros

      Standard benefits package (401k, medical insurance, 15% annual bonus, paid leave). New employees have support from the team. Compensation is usually in line with the market. Work/Life balance is good

      Cons

      Team can be stretched to thin and people are expected to perform extra tasks. People are not growing within the organization
