CEO (Tommy) lacks leadership qualities, accountability and is the first person in the organization to lay blame on his subordinates and has a very negative twist to any positive accomplishment. From a sales perspective there is a lot of turnover - nobody can stomach this guy. Sales strategy is to rotate sales people for their contacts and ideally let go before a commission or bonus is set to be paid. In addition he does not give proper credit, but poses off proposed ideas as his own (very low self esteem). CEO style can be summed up as a micromanager with lack of leadership, very demotivating personality with blinders on for vision. In addition the environment is not very diverse and lacks different perspectives. Highly suggest to stay away and if offered a position - do not move to Baraboo. This is a technique to lock you in and assume the above behavior.
