When I decided to start working at Tei Consulting I was looking for an opportunity that would fit me, and this fit my personality perfectly. I love that in this career path I can not only embrace my competative nature but also my desire to be in a team type enviroment. With amazing career opportunities for those who put in the work I found that this was going to be a great opportunity for me, if I know what I can get I will put the work in. Since starting with Tei Consulting I have grown more then I ever thought that I could have, not only profesionaly but also personally. I am compensated for the work that I put in and the results that I produce. I love being in a place where I am rewarded for what I do and not how long I have been here. If you hate seening people you work harder then get promotions before you like I did then this is a great fit for you.

You will do things you have never done before, this job will ask you to get outside your confort zone and grow as an individual. If you like staying in one place and do not want to grow then do not work here. They will push you to be better.
