Tej IT Solutions is an absolute nightmare to work for. The work culture is incredibly toxic, with a complete disregard for employee well-being. Incompetent Management: Two of the managers are utterly clueless about coding. Their lack of technical expertise leads to constant misdirection and unrealistic expectations. Forced Overtime: Expect to work on Saturdays without proper compensation. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Unqualified Leadership: The CEO, who only has a 10th-grade education, demonstrates poor leadership and decision-making. This company is a breeding ground for frustration and burnout.
