Pros

Flexible leave policy Weekend off Good medical benefits

Cons

Hike is almost a big NO no matter how you perform. No awards/recognition. Management has no clue what to do with employees. Manager role is mostly with people who came in some lower roles in the hierarchy and over the time got promoted to manager role and doesn't really know how to manage. It's no surprise in Tekion that someone gets double promotion this month and next month they are fired. Rating and appraisal has no connection.

Thanks for your review. Tekion wishes to clarify that the company has not employed any Senior Software Engineer in London. The company established a presence in Great Britain only recently. This being a fact, the review does not reflect reality. Tekion's employment terms and conditions in Great Britain are not as mentioned in this review. Tekion has reported to Glassdoor the misrepresentation of the organization's nature of employment in London.

Cons

Often can't get out of it's own way. Lots of instability in the platform. Brings in outside talent and pays more than internal promotions.
