Pros
Loved how small the company was, every interaction with my team was very personal which also meant, when things went left -- we had to work hard to overcome that. The break room was also filled with so many options. Loved that.
Cons
Micromanaging isn't always a suspenseful way to lead a team and there's a lot of that there.
