Very little consistency in direction or reaction of leadership. Executive leadership is cagy and give few details to overall company health until already at crisis point. Monthly billability drives performance and incentive. Unwanted creativity is often policed with written discipline, and sometimes through physical, verbal, and sexual harassment.
