      Relaxed atmosphere, cool ppl. That's about it

      Cons

      Horrible working conditions. No AC or heating. Empty promises, the execs look down on you and give you zero credit or feedback on anything. The raises are pitiful. Was there for 3 years and was a great employee. .75 cents was my total raise..

      -There are a few people within the company looking to inspire positive change -coworkers are fun and lively -Laid back environment

      Cons

      -The management is quite frankly terrible. They micromanage EVERYTHING -The people looking to inspire positive change are often steamrolled by ownership into going back to the same old methods that keep causing issues. -When issues are finally confronted, the blame is often misappropriated and the issue will persist. -Commission and pay structure changes CONSTANTLY -Toxic work environment encouraged by management, lots of backstabbing and sneaky behaivor. -Not really any work/life balance.
