Self-serving management who don't communicate. Pretend everything is okay, then make you redundant. Total unwillingness to follow processes, would rather a half-baked solution tomorrow than a functional one in two days. No communication with employees to understand how aspects of the business works before prescribing a solution that doesn't work. No dedication in producing quality. They only care about you if you are sales personnel.
