New CEO is very focused & goal oriented, TeleDNA team as such is very knowledgeable & help each other to grow along with the organization, Folks here really do very creative job and challenging work. Good HR initaitives like Quarterly Incentives for Superior Performance, Soft skill program like 7 Habits, lot of tax saving benefits etc, flexible working hours.
Cons
Could not really think off cons to specify. small small issues get rectified then & there & does not come up as a con.
