Its a little cold sometimes and I can't concentrate

There is no pros, just stress especially if you're not family or a close friend of the higher ups.

Always minimum wage, the only reason they're at $10.50 right now it's because of the federal government forcing them to. They're not considerate with one's time, no benefits at all and they will never raise your wage no matter how many years you stayed working there. Literally a dead end if you're looking for a job that gives you growth. They fire people every time there's an increase in the minimum wage. Just not worth it.
