Pros
It is a great place to work. The Senior Management is steering the company on growth path with a commitment to people development. There is a lot of focus on growth, on building trust and having fun while doing it - which are our core values.
Cons
As the entity is coming out of a JV where unfortunately there wasn't much investment in systems and processes, it's taking time to get that right though the management is rightly investing in these areas. At times it is frustrating.
