      Pros

      The only pros of working here is that you automatically get 3weeks paid vacation when you get hired and the work is very easy!

      Cons

      The pay sucks! The forklift drivers only get paid $12 and they want us to work the hardest! They always stress production to the extreme and want you to go over and beyond but no incentive for it. If you don't kiss up to the team leads and management then there is no growth for you here. And plus the raises are only 20 an 30cents so save your time!!

      Lots of emotion in this review. Sorry it's not working out for you in the Olive Branch distribution center. Glad the work is very easy for you and you are happy with three weeks of paid vacation. Teleflex is growing and is a great place to build a career.
