I have read the Teleplan reviews posted by former employees, I can’t agree with their remarks. I am currently employed at Teleplan- Harrisburg and I find it to be a great place to work. During the interview process, the management team took time to discuss my skillset and experience and helped me to understand how I would contribute in the overall operation. They were very clear in explaining the expectations of the position… Time and Attendance, Production and Quality, Housekeeping. These are not unreasonable expectations and they are easily accomplished by most. This is a production environment; perhaps this is not the environment for everyone…Others thrive here.
Cons
We are a new facility; the management team is focused on building a cohesive technical team, establishing best practices, growing the business and maintaining the current levels of our productivity and quality with our existing customers. In my opinion, that is a lot for any team to perfect in the first year of operation, they seem to be handling it well, as we see improvements daily. I personally think we have a great team of people and I look forward to the challenges, the rewards and the career opportunities that will be afforded to me during my employment with Teleplan. I would definitely recommend Teleplan to anyone seeking employment in the technical field- specifically electronics repair- in the Harrisburg area.
