Pros
Awesome staff to work with on a daily basis. Everyone is committed to doing an excellent job for the customers and enjoys working here. Flexibility in job assignments - we get to wear many hats which keeps work assignments from becoming boring/uninteresting. Quality products to work with and support.
Cons
Senior management at our company was good until the sale. Now our GM is out playing CEO when he needs to have his boots on the ground at the office. Very disorganized directives from the GM - you can't manage if you're not around. Very limited business vision being provided by the GM - don't know if he even has the capabilities to provide this leadership component.
