Pros
Slightly better than being unemployed
Cons
The entire organization is trash. They underpay their supervisors and get angry when they ask for raises. They treat their shift workers as disposables, barely like people. I was ordered to fire two people who needed the money from over an altercation that did not merit it. Additionally there were multiple instances of hourly workers failing to receive their paychecks in a timely manner. Jared Krumper is an egotist who insists on involving himself on the floor of the warehouses in a manner that is both nonsensical and costs time and money. He doesn't know how to lead and his presence is generally dreaded by whatever work site he happens to be at. Time management is abysmal here. It's not uncommon for management to be asked to work 7 days a week for months on end(the record so far is about 3 months without a day off). I have no idea how they're able to retain contracts but I'd love to find out.
