      Nice CEO, modern techstack golang+react+postgres

      Cons

      Architecture a mess, it is a monolith no one know understand. Top-down micromanaged tech department. Management is deploying fear to encourage deveopment, deadlines are set to punish underperfermance. Waterfall-like planning and execution.

      You get work from home.

      Cons

      Overtime, fires many people during 6months of probation, after asking them to work overtime. Stressful, too much work load, lots of untold expectations. No good work culture. No salary growth.
