Cons
Unless you’re assigned at a client site with a long term contract, you’ll be assigned to different clients depending on the business need. You might find yourself up In Sacramento one day or down in the Central Valley the next. No work life balance. If you’re lucky enough to find another employer, don’t bother putting in your 2 weeks notice. Management will fire you on the spot.
