The lack cohesive vision does make it feel that you are reinventing the wheel at times, but it's a nice place to work.

Small class sizes, small campus, good classroom budget

Deceptive leadership, toxic work culture, dishonest core values, definitely not meeting their mission statement. Hire at will contract, low pay, poor benefits coverage, and management that will ignore requests for a letter of reference.
