Pros
This is the best group of people I've ever had the opportunity to work with. They are incredibly smart, and there is a high level of respect across the entire organization. The CEO leads by example, always doing the right thing. They ensure that both the Management and Operational Teams reflect these core values. The CEO makes time for everyone in the organization, not just their direct reports, to ensure that everyone is heard. They host a monthly all-company meeting, which is a great opportunity for us all to chat together, especially since we are a 100% remote company.
Cons
Sometimes, after thorough interviews and hiring a candidate, we find that they weren't completely truthful about their skillset. This can become a burden on other team members who have to pick up the slack. Additionally, as with any consulting firm or at-will employer, projects can come to an end, and there might not be any more work for the resource after that.
