      Pros

      great place to work and lots of learning oppurtunities. I recommend to anyone looking for work in the events and hospitality industry.

      Cons

      there could be more 24/7 support as the events run later than the hours that you can get support from all of the departments. But still great when in office hours.

      • flexibility: you can pick dates that suit your current schedule. • locations of your choice. You decide if you are working in Twickenham or the city centre. • learn whilst working • possibility to have your salary raised depending on how well you do your job

      Cons

      • website ads misleading when it comes to dress code. • in the same time, dress code policy is too harsh and not always reasonably harsh
