Pros
The speed of change is the biggest pro. If a proposed change has been suggested off the back of good analysis, it will be signed off for test and implemented within days. Having worked in a bigger organisation before, these changes could take weeks/months.
Cons
As a smaller organisation (currently <60), where bigger organisations have departments for central services (such as payroll, HR, etc), we often have individuals. This can lead to single points of failure, but we're likely to see that change as we continue to integrate into RVU (our owners).
