Backwards approach to recruiting - Anonymous employee Tempting Recruitment Employee Review

Very strange and backwards approach to recruiting. They put you forward for job roles and interviews without your knowledge! They don't discuss roles with you or ask your permission if you want to be put forward. The job role might not be suitable for you but they don't care about that. All they seem to care about is putting as many CVs forward as they can to make themselves look good.
