honestly none really work hard play hard but not too hard and you get to enjoy music while working.

This company has allowed me to contribute to ensuring everybody has an amazing time time at music festivals! I have learned extensive ADA knowledge working with the team over time! *Recommend if you are interested in helping others, providing exceptional customer service, and learning ADA festival operations. There are some long hours and stressful times but, it is very rewarding. Great team! There is definite opportunity to grow.

Definitely expect to work for more than 8 hours a day. You are also required to adapt to various climates as events are in different regions.
