I believe the treatment within the tech support team isn't equitable, as rules seem inconsistently applied. Furthermore, there's an excessive emphasis on numerical targets, particularly for Tier 1 support. Additionally, opportunities for growth appear limited, with management controlling interview access for higher-level positions. The frequent changes to products, names, and functionalities, coupled with company acquisitions, make it challenging to stay current.
