Pros
Huge compay with lots of rotation and training, with a lot of challenges. A really good thing about the GT program is the TUIC ( tenaris university induction camp) which is a really enriching experience to network with people around the world and know every aspect of the company as a corporation and core business.
Cons
Tenaris is massive but it’s not expanding as it used to be due to market changes and it size. This makes quite dificult to grow in a hierarchical way.
