      Pros

      Caring people, opportunities to travel and grow, fair compensation, room for movement between groups and cross training. Good work life balance until management level reached.

      Cons

      Office politics can be toxic at time. Senior leadership out of touch with day to day activities and expectations do not align with reality. Unfair performance review process. Headcount too low for what management wants to accomplish.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
