Pros
Both fixed and variable compensation are very good for country/industry standards. It also has health and fitness benefits, good maternity leave, and discounts with particular stores. Office is nice and well located, offers fruit/coffee/snacks. The team is friendly, there is a cooperative atmosphere. There are possibilities of growth if willing to relocate.
Cons
Old-fashioned mindest. We worked 100% remotely during the pandemic, then went on to 3 times/week at the office and now we can only work from home once a week. Rather difficult to have vacations approved, and frowned upon if period is longer than 2 weeks. It is a very demanding job; some areas in particular work very long hours regularly (for instance Reporting during monthly closing, people usually leave around 10-11pm).
